General Manager

Responsible for being the leader of a single-site and having full profit and loss responsibility Will provide executive oversight for all business functions while maintaining a strong operation presence on the floor Will lead a team of 6 salaried leaders and 55 hourly across one shift Will drive financial performance, operational excellence, regulatory compliance and strategic growth The GM manages executive and administrative decisions related to responsibilities, reporting, and financial forecasting 10+ years of running a site with P&L responsibility Aerospace/Defense/Castings experience, sand or green casting experience is preferred Bachelor of Science degree is preferred but not required Company has over 40 years of industry experience Family atmosphere and lets all employees have a voice in the company #J-18808-Ljbffr
