Senior Quality Engineering Manager

Leading the quality engineering strategy for a multi-year Loyalty Transformation Program, the full-time Senior Quality Engineering Manager will define and execute quality standards, manage test cycles across various environments, and drive test automation initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Define and own the end-to-end Quality Engineering strategy aligned with phased releases and activations Lead the planning and execution of test cycles across multiple environments, ensuring alignment with release milestones Drive a test automation-first approach, partnering with DevSecOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or QA leadership roles within large-scale transformation programs Proven experience managing quality across multi-phase releases in complex enterprise ecosystems Experience operating in hybrid delivery models (Agile, SAFe, or hybrid frameworks) Strong vendor coordination experience in outsourced or distributed delivery environments Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level reporting skills
