STRUCTURAL BUILDING ENGINEER
Location: Philadelphia Suburbs, PA
Well-established engineering firm is seeking a Structural Building Engineer to join their growing team. This position will work on a variety of commercial, retail, multifamily, and residential projects from design through construction.
Responsibilities:
- Structural analysis and design for new and existing buildings
- Design with steel, concrete, masonry, and wood
- Prepare calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients
- Perform site visits and construction administration
- Support multiple projects and help mentor junior staff
Requirements:
- BS in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 3+ years of building structural design experience
- PE or EIT preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and structural design software
- Strong communication and project management skills
