As a Sterilization Technician, you will be a part of our back office team responsible for sterilizing instruments, instruments, and rooms. No prior experience is needed as training will be provided on the job!Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am- 3:00pm or 7:30am -4:00pmLocation: 2160 Noll Drive Lancaster, Pennsylvania 17603ResponsibilitiesPrepare work areas for treatments and proceduresDisinfect and sterilize instruments, equipment, chairs, counters and surfaces, using sterilizers, aerators, or washersCheck sterile supplies to ensure that they are not outdatedDeliver tools to specified locations in the officeMaintain records of inventory or tool usage and relay information to office manager to replenish supplies when inventory is lowStock dental suppliesQualificationsProficient in English communication skills (written and verbal)Previous customer service experience preferredAble to multitask and prioritizeOrganized with strong attention to detailThe ability to work well in a team or independentlyWhat We OfferWe believe that taking care of our employees and their families is paramount.
