Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced, dermatology-trained Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing Vermont practice at a brand-new office in St. Albans, VT, as part of Four Seasons Dermatology.

Four Seasons Dermatology has provided personalized medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care to the Vermont and northern New York community since 2003. Due to continued patient volume and growth, the practice is expanding with a new office in St. Albans, VT. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch and shape a brand-new location.

About the Practice

• Well-established practice serving Vermont and northern New York since 2003, with locations in Colchester, Waterbury, and Rutland, VT, and Plattsburgh, NY, and now expanding into St. Albans, VT.

• New office opening in St. Albans, VT in response to strong patient demand and continued practice growth.

• Comprehensive practice offering medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, including skin cancer detection and Mohs surgery, Botox/Dysport, and SkinCeuticals skincare.

About the Role

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancer.

• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures.

• Help establish clinical operations and patient care standards at the new St. Albans office.

• Collaborate closely with the practice's physicians and fellow Physician Assistants across the practice's Vermont and New York locations.

• Play a key role in shaping patient care as the practice continues to grow.

What We're Looking For

• Active PA-C licensure in Vermont (or eligibility to obtain).

• Prior experience in dermatology required. 2 years preferred.

• A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for skin health.

• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.

• A team player who thrives in a growing, patient-focused practice environment, including the excitement of a new-office launch.

Compensation Information:
$125000.00 / Annually - $225000.00 / AnnuallyDetails:
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $125,000–$225,000 annually, including base salary and productivity incentives. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, schedule, patient volume, procedures performed, and other job-related factors. The compensation plan includes uncapped productivity incentives, providing the opportunity for earnings above the stated range.
