Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Locums Urgent Care APP No Call Fayetteville, NC (NC License Required) Why This Role Ongoing urgent care coverage with immediate start Solo provider practice in established FastMed clinics Epic EMR High-volume outpatient setting Consistent ongoing need Assignment Details Start: ASAP Coverage Type: No Call Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care Primary Locations: Fayetteville (Hope Mills & Francam), with possible coverage in Lumberton Patient Volume: Approximately 45 patients per day (up to 60) EMR: Epic Requirements Active NC license Active NC DEA Board Certified NP or PA (NCCPA/NP Certification) Minimum 12 months of Urgent Care or comparable experience Experience treating adults and pediatrics (6 months and older) BLS certification Strong Epic proficiency Must be local to the Fayetteville area (no travel reimbursement) Must attend mandatory Wednesday onboarding and Epic training Clinical Details Solo provider in an urgent care setting Adult and pediatric patients (6 months+) High-volume acute care Laceration repair Ear irrigation Minor office procedures Off-site supervising physician available for APPs Strong communication and patient care skills required
