As a Sales Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Customer Consulting practice, focusing on developing and implementing customer‑centric sales strategies that drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction. You will analyze client needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide guidance to help clients improve their sales effectiveness and revenue generation. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your leadership skills to inspire and develop teams, confirming the delivery of quality services that meet client expectations. Responsibilities Develop and implement customer‑centric sales strategies to enhance client engagement and drive revenue growth. Analyze customer engagement processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Lead teams in strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Coaching team members to leverage strengths and improve performance in delivering client solutions. Utilize analytical thinking to troubleshoot channel sales processes and optimize customer acquisition strategies. Build and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and service excellence. Collaborate with team leadership to validate quality, timelines, and deliverables in client engagements. Embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage team development. Address conflicts or issues with clients and team members, engaging in constructive conversations to resolve challenges. Uphold professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements. What You Must Have At least a Bachelor’s degree. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
