Senior Director of Property Management - Affordable Housing

Align Properties LLC

Align Properties LLC is seeking a Director of Property Management to lead the day-to-day operations of our Property Management division overseeing the affordable housing portfolio. This role provides direct leadership to Regional and Area Property Managers and is accountable for portfolio performance, operational consistency, and execution of company objectives.

The Director will drive occupancy, leasing, collections, expenses, and property condition, ensuring adherence to LIHTC guidelines and
