Per Diem Home Injection Nurse Educator

Job Description You’re a clinician, a patient advocate, and an educator — and you excel at every one of them. In this role, you will provide clinical expertise to patients through utilizing your clinical skills and education, helping them to improve patient outcomes. You may work across multiple therapeutic areas and work directly with patients to conduct in-home, disease state education and product training. Provide clinical expertise to patients, using nursing skills and education, to improve patient outcomes. Deliver post‑prescription education and demonstration to patients and caregivers on proper use of the client’s injection devices and other approved messaging. Conduct training within 5 days of the assignment request or at the convenience of the patient. Complete a post‑training survey and report within 24 hours of training completion. Hold an active RN license in good standing in your state of employment. Have 2–5+ years of clinical or related experience in injection training and education. Be available to work at least 2 days per week providing in‑home patient injection training, including nights and weekends. Essential Requirements Active RN license in good standing in your state of employment. 2–5+ years of clinical or related experience in injection training and education. Availability for at least 2 days per week for in‑home patient injection training, including nights and weekends. Desired Requirements Ability to travel within a 3‑hour radius and make occasional overnight trips. Comfortable with personal technologies such as iPhones, apps, and health portals.
