CNC Machinist – Milling (Aerospace)Portland, CT. 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 7am–3:30pm) What would it feel like to operate CNC machines that create precision aerospace parts - where every cut, measurement, and setup matters to aircraft performance?This is a full production CNC Machinist role. Only apply if you meet the minimum requirements - you must have real CNC machining and production experience.What You'll Do: Operate CNC machines to produce tight-tolerance aerospace componentsRead blueprints and GD&T to plan and execute precise machiningUse calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools to verify dimensionsMaintain equipment, production records, and quality standardsAssist with setups and ensure consistent production flowWhat You Must Have3+ years of CNC machining experience (aerospace preferred)Strong understanding of GD&T and shop math (fractions, ratios, percentages)Skilled using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, depth gauges, and size blocksDetail-oriented, quality-focused, and reliableHigh school diploma or equivalentSetup experience is a plusPay & Benefits$19.50 – $31/hour (based on experience)Health, dental, vision, and life insurance. 401(k) with company match.
