Etech Hi, Inc. is a professional permanent staffing and recruiting firm, and we're seeking a dynamic, organized, and upbeat Office Admin Assistant to support our daily operations. We offer a relaxed office environment with business casual attire throughout the week. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule , paying $19.00-$22.00 per hour . Only local candidates within 20-30 miles of Temecula/Murrieta will be considered.

All candidates should have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily office operations.
• Perform extensive data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Manage emails, correspondence, and daily communications using Microsoft Outlook and RingCentral.
• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take messages professionally.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare and organize reports, letters, memos, forms, and other business documents.
• Track and enter payroll records and assist with invoice processing and basic bookkeeping.
• Conduct online research on clients, vendors, and other business-related matters.
• Review reports, analyze findings, and assist with assigned projects.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
• Monitor office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform general office duties.
• Greet visitors and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Familiarity with standard office procedures and receptionist duties is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Access is a plus.
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
• Payroll data entry, invoice processing, basic bookkeeping, and document transcription
  experience are desirable.
