RN MDS Coordinator: Quality Care Leader

Regents Park at Aventura in Miami, FL is seeking a skilled MDS Coordinator to join our care team. You will oversee resident assessments and care planning to ensure compliance and quality. The ideal candidate has a Nursing Degree and a current RN license, plus at least two years of supervisory experience in a hospital or nursing facility.
