Job Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Build genuine relationships that keep guests coming back.
• Educate guests on our services, products, and Wax Pass options.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals through educationnot pressure.
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest information.
• Follow up with guests through calls and texts to ensure an outstanding experience.
• Work closely with our Wax Specialists to create a seamless guest journey from check-in to check-out.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby.

Success in this position comes from your ability to connect with guests and confidently educate them on the value of our services, retail products, and Wax Pass options. Every Guest Service Associate is expected to meet sales and performance goals.
