Pilgrim’s is seeking a Training Supervisor to administer, track, and evaluate New Hire Orientation and Onboarding training at our Canton, GA plant. You will supervise new hires during the training period and collaborate with management to address training needs and outcomes. The role requires organizing sessions, coordinating schedules, and maintaining training venues.
