Are you a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who wants to make a meaningful impact in the community without working in a hospital setting?

A respected nonprofit healthcare organization in the Inland Empire is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to support adults facing chronic health and nutrition challenges through counseling, education, care planning, and community-based nutrition services.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct nutritional screenings and assessments
• Develop nutritional care plans and meal recommendations
• Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and education
• Support clients with diabetes, high cholesterol, renal concerns, and other nutrition-related challenges
• Help improve client access to food and community resources
• Track client progress toward nutritional and wellness goals
• Facilitate educational workshops and nutrition forums
• Maintain timely documentation and service records

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required
• Relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication and counseling skills
• Passion for community health and helping underserved populations
• Comfortable with documentation and client education
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, or related field preferred

• Community health
• Public health nutrition
• Nonprofit healthcare
• WIC programs
• Outpatient nutrition counseling
• Diabetes education
• Underserved populations

Additional Information

• Full-time onsite position based in San Bernardino
• Occasional travel to Riverside or Hesperia offices
• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between locations
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
