Global Corporate Counsel & Governance Leader
Hines
Hines is seeking a Senior Counsel or Assistant General Counsel – Corporate to advise on corporate matters, including structuring and documentation for U.S. investment vehicles and joint ventures.
You will lead Hines’ global corporate secretarial function, oversee governance, and partner with internal teams to drive efficient corporate administration across jurisdictions. Texas-based role with global scope and leadership opportunities.
