What You'll Do

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain medical simulation equipment
• Work with Windows 11-based systems
• Connect devices to customer networks
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
• Provide excellent customer service at hospitals and universities
• Travel to customer locations throughout your assigned region

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of IT experience or recent IT-related education
• Familiarity with Windows 11
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, IP Addressing)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Mechanical or electronics aptitude is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a technical assessment
• Flexibility to travel Monday through Friday

Travel Requirements

This role requires Monday-Friday travel.

• Most travel is within a 5-hour driving radius
• Flights provided when necessary
• Hotel accommodations provided for overnight travel
• Home on weekends
• All business travel expenses covered

During the first 13 weeks, you will participate in a fully paid training program that includes classroom instruction and field shadowing. Candidates must be

comfortable being away from home Monday through Friday during this training period.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
