Compensation : Starting at $11.35 per hour plus tips, Full-Time. Overview Hutton Brickyards Riverfront Hotel + Venue is a 100‑acre Hudson River Valley resort that hosts getaways, weddings, and events. The Hutton Brickyards River Pavilion Restaurant Server role involves serving guests Wednesday through Sunday, providing courteous service, and maintaining a clean and organized service area. Responsibilities Welcome and connect with every customer. Discover their needs and make recommendations you genuinely feel guests will enjoy. Answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant or hotel functions and services. Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter orders into the POS system. Perform running side work and opening & closing duties throughout your shift as required by service station assignment. Maintain a clean and organized work and service area. Ensure guests are satisfied with the beverage, food, and service; respond promptly and courteously to any requests. Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges, or make change (if applicable). Work as part of a team; offer or ask for help to fellow team members as situations arise. Be available to fill in as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the immediate supervisor. Requirements Have a keen eye for detail, strong time‑management skills, and excellent customer service skills. Pleasant and friendly demeanor. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexible working hours. Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards. Physical mobility and stamina. Ability to follow instructions.
