As a Personal Banker within PNC's retail branch organization, you will be based in Ypsilanti, Michigan at the Clark/Golfside Branch. Job Description Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Drives proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, elevating client loyalty. Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Identifies, mitigates and solves customer problems effectively using product and procedural knowledge, driving loyalty. Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in branch daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
