Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under PT supervision, focusing on functional mobility, strength, balance, and safety to enhance independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include carrying out evidence-based interventions, monitoring and documenting patient progress, assisting with care planning, educating patients and families, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and upholding a patient-centered, dignified, and respectful care environment.
