As a Screener in a logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure, welcoming environment by screening individuals and/or materials, monitoring assigned areas, and reporting security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting efficient operations. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.43 / Hour Job Schedule: Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities. Screen individuals, packages, and vehicles entering or leaving the distribution location in accordance with established screening procedures. Monitor access points, verify credentials and shipping-related documentation, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Minimum Requirements: CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
