Investment Banking Associate - TMT

We're working with a leading international technology-focused investment bank that's looking to add an Investment Banking Associate to its growing San Francisco office. The team advises high-growth technology companies on mergers & acquisitions, private capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments, partnering with founders, entrepreneurs, financial sponsors, and strategic acquirers across a wide range of transactions. This role is ideal for someone with prior investment banking experience who is looking to take on greater responsibility within a highly collaborative team. The Associate will be heavily involved in transaction execution, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, preparation of marketing materials, and managing day-to-day deal processes while working closely with senior bankers and clients. Candidates should have strong analytical and financial modeling skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine interest in the technology sector.
