Day-to-Day:

• Install aftermarket upgrades including lift kits, winches, roof racks, and side steps
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle systems using advanced diagnostic tools
• Perform general mechanical repairs including suspension, brakes, and engine service
• Mount and balance custom wheel and tire packages
• Install 12v accessories including audio systems, lighting, amplifiers, subwoofers, and remote starts
• Utilize ShopMonkey software to track labor, parts, and inspections
• Perform NYS vehicle inspections
• Photograph and document shop projects for social media content
• Collaborate with team members to complete custom vehicle builds and repairs

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in a professional automotive shop environment
• Strong mechanical repair experience
• Experience with aftermarket vehicle customization and upgrades
• Proficiency in suspension, brake, and engine repair
• Comfortable performing 12v electrical work, wiring, and relay installation
• Experience installing accessories such as lift kits, winches, roof racks, side steps, and lighting
• Own a well-stocked toolbox
• Clean, valid driver's license
• Valid NYS Inspector License or ability to obtain immediately
• Ability to use diagnostic scan tools and vehicle software
