Family Medicine Physician Opportunity | Kansas $300,000-$350,000 Base | 4-Day Work Week | Critical Access Hospital

The OpportunityStep into a well-supported clinical environment with strong systems already in place:
- $300,000-$350,000 guaranteed base salary
- Modern 16-bed Critical Access Hospital (built in 2020)
- Average of ~20 patients per day in the outpatient clinic
- Light inpatient responsibility with NP support
- 1:4 call rotation with a post-call day off
- Only 6 call days per month total
- Family Medicine residents available to support clinical volume
- Signing bonus and relocation assistance available
