Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth initial assessments to determine the unique mental health and substance abuse needs of clients, employing evidence-based tools to gather relevant data.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring they are tailored to address the client’s specific challenges.

• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions, applying therapeutic modalities that best suit each client's needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the EHR system, ensuring that all client interactions and treatment strategies are thoroughly recorded.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric providers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Participate in regular case reviews and treatment planning meetings, contributing insights and progress updates to enhance collaborative care.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating proficiency in managing acute mental health situations with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• Applicant must possess a master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
