Adult Support Worker

Lutheran Social Services seeks an Adult Support Worker to provide person-centered support to adults in community and residential settings. In this role, you will assist with daily living skills, appointments, and community integration while promoting safety, recovery, and independence. You will implement individualized plans, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
