Rendon Heating & Air, Inc. is a growing family-owned HVAC company serving Solano County. We are currently looking for a motivated and dependable Residential HVAC Installer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with residential HVAC system installations
• Install ductwork, equipment, thermostats, and related components
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Safely use tools and equipment
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Follow installation standards, company procedures, and safety guidelines
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and job site preparation

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics/crawlspaces
• EPA certification is a plus
