Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration Document accurately in MAR/TAR in real-time Monitor symptoms, report adverse reactions, and support symptom relief Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) and transcribe physician orders Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and ensure compliance Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license in good standing CPR and First Aid certification Strong assessment and documentation skills Preferred experience in senior care or medication administration This role is vital in preventing medication errors, early health change detection, and safeguarding resident safety through clinical precision and adherence to regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr The VIOS Clinic
