Team members are expected to cross-train in other warehouse functions, including parcel picking, as part of Ubique Group's culture of "We Move to the Work," supporting skill development and operational efficiency.Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Additional overtime, early arrivals, or extended hours may be required based on business needs.Responsibilities:Pick items to accurately fulfill customer ordersBuild and assemble boxes or other packaging materials to ensure safe shipmentPackage products securely to prevent damage during transitRead and interpret pick tickets to verify correct items and quantitiesMaintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detailApply shipping labels to completed orders and stage for shipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company policies and safety proceduresQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience requiredAbility to read and interpret customer orders and safety proceduresWillingness to cross-train and support multiple warehouse functionsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be willing to train and become certified on warehouse equipment within the first 90 daysTeam-oriented mindset with a strong work ethicPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, and up to 100 pounds with team assistanceProlonged periods of standing and walking on concreteFrequent bending, stooping, reaching, and overhead liftingComfortable working in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperaturesManual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling small itemsBenefits:We offer a competitive benefit package that includes:Major medical, dental, and vision benefits available day one — no waiting periodCompany-paid life insurance and employee assistance program for all employees401(k) with company matchEmployee discount on Ubique Group productsEmployee-led organization Ubique Cares engages in monthly and quarterly employee engagement activities packed with fun and giveaways!Ubique Group offers 9 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday per year and up to 13 accrued PTO days per yearUbique Group is an equal-opportunity employer.
