Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $1,419.60 per 24-hour shift

What You'll Do:

• Provide medical care and consultation to pediatric patients in a hospital setting.
• Conduct assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning for various pediatric conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
• Participate in on-call rotation, providing overnight coverage as scheduled.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and best practices in pediatric care.

What You Need:

• Active Medical License in Wisconsin or ability to obtain one
• Certification in Pediatrics (or eligible for certification)
• At least 1 year of pediatric healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills in pediatric medicine
• Ability to work 24-hour shifts and handle high-acuity cases
