Nurse Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Clinical Manager to support the Director/Nurse Manager in overseeing clinical and management functions on Floor P2. Responsibilities Assume both clinical and management responsibilities under the supervision of the Director / Nurse Manager. Plan, organize, and direct the provision of patient care services within the department. Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets, quality improvement programs, staffing levels, goals, objectives, regulatory compliance, and policies within the department. Assist in evaluation and discipline of personnel. Position: 40 hours per week. Shift: Variable Shifts, Every other weekend and holiday rotations. Benefits: Full-time benefit package. Eligibility Internal candidates must apply with internal profile. Education and Experience Required Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Two years RN experience. Certifications and Licenses Current RN license in the State of Michigan. BCLS/ACLS as per unit's standard. Certifications appropriate for specific unit.
