Responsibilities Provide support for general maintenance, preventative maintenance, and service to production tasks. Assist in the documentation and implementation of maintenance procedures as outlined by skilled crafts. Assist skilled maintenance technicians, including troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of operations. Assist in the establishment and maintenance of critical spare parts inventory to support equipment reliability and uptime. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Currently enrolled in a two‑year technical degree program in a maintenance‑related field. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed: A basic understanding of shop equipment including hand tools, saws, drill press, and welding with a willingness to learn. High regard and understanding for workplace safety and housekeeping practices. Excellent mechanical aptitude, demonstrated by academic performance and past experiences.
