ACCOUNTANT / BOOKKEEPER – FULL TIME
Location: Cortland, NY | Some Remote Work Available

We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our busy Cortland office. This is a full-time position in a professional but casual work environment with some flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
Minimum 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience required

MUST have QuickBooks Online experience

Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Bank and credit card reconciliations
General ledger entries and account reconciliation
Maintain accurate financial records for multiple businesses/entities
Assist with payroll and payroll-related accounting
Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end accounting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
Compensation & Schedule
Full-Time Position

Very competitive pay for a qualified candidate.

Position is based in our Cortland office , with the opportunity for some work to be performed remotely .
