Job Description

Bricks & Minifigs Space Coast is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and highly organized leader to help oversee our daily operations, manage store trade-ins, and inspire our vibrant LEGO community.

The ideal candidate will have strong retail experience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping enthusiasts of all ages find their next favorite build.

Role Overview

Position: Retail Shift Supervisor
Retail Location: Bricks & Minifigs Space Coast
Location: 7640 N Wickham Rd #107, Melbourne, FL 32940
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Key Requirements

Age: Must be 18 years of age or older .
Availability: Mandatory weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) to support peak retail hours and community events.

Responsibilities

Store Operations: Open and close the store, manage cash registers, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Team Leadership: Support and guide retail associates during shifts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and customer service remains top-notch.
Buy, Sell, Trade Assistance: Evaluate pre-loved LEGO sets, bulk bricks, and minifigures brought in by customers for trade or purchase.
Inventory Management: Help stock the storefront, curate display cases, and organize massive collections of rare and retired products.
Customer Engagement: Welcome local builders, families, and collectors, offering knowledgeable and friendly support.

Desired Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a retail supervisor, shift lead, or keyholder role.
Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced retail space.
Comfort handling cash management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
A baseline knowledge or enthusiasm for LEGO products, themes, and minifigures is a major plus!
