About the Role

This 100% remote Junior Administrative Assistant role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented bilingual professionals supporting clients from Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in updating process documentation and maintaining accurate, organized records.
• Handle file uploads and maintain Google Drive organization according to established team guidelines.
• Execute routine data entry and support the preparation of basic internal reports.
• Monitor general email inboxes and coordinate routine correspondence with clients and vendors.
• Conduct basic research and assist with general document handling and preparation.
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in administration or virtual assistance.
• Familiarity and comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

• Hourly rate equivalent to USD $696 - $1,044/month (based on experience and alignment with the role requirements).
