Palziv North America is a world class manufacturing supplier of chemically Cross-Linked bun (Vizion) foam and chemically Cross-Linked roll (Fuzion) foam. These Cross-Linked foams are produced with the latest technological advancements and offer superior product performance. Part of a global conglomerate, our Research and Development teams provide innovation in Cross-Linked foam materials throughout our global family of operations. Palziv NA has strong supply networks with two manufacturing plants and three distribution locations in North America.

Palziv is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with heavy data entry experience across multiple platforms to join our team. This role will play a key part in supporting our retail and online customers, including major accounts like Home Depot, Wayfair, and Amazon. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support, managing and executing order processing and special projects, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Process customer orders, returns, and inquiries promptly and accurately via phone, email and eCommerce platforms.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders.
• Create and maintain reports on customer activity, order trends, and sales performance.
• Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and coordinating with marketing for online product visibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management, preferably in a B2C or eCommerce setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM or ERP systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with shipping platforms (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL)
• Experience working with big box retailers such as Home Depot, Wayfair, and Amazon.
• Familiarity with vendor portals (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Wayfair Partner Home, Walmart Retail Link).
• Experience with inventory management or logistics coordination.
