Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client mental health status and emotional well-being through interviews, psychological tests, and clinical observations.

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach based on client feedback and progress.

  • Monitor and track clients' progress systematically, making adjustments to treatment plans to improve outcomes effectively.

  • Deliver crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute psychological distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

  • Maintain precise and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards to protect client privacy.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure the comprehensive delivery of care.

  • Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in regular supervision, training opportunities, and staying informed on the latest mental health research and techniques.

  • Adhere to all ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by relevant licensing boards and organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health challenges. You will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the particular needs of each client, fostering a judgement-free space for healing and growth. Our clientele ranges from children to adults, making versatility in therapeutic methods a necessary skill.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

  • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R).

  • Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a robust understanding of various treatment modalities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach towards client interactions.

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting, utilizing digital tools to communicate effectively.

  • A thorough knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines governing mental health practices.

  • A commitment to continuous professional growth and development.

  • A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of three years of experience is required, candidates with additional specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, or family therapy will be highly regarded. Experience in community health settings or familiarity with remote therapeutic practices is advantageous.
