Property Management Position

Location: Porterville, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: Starting at $25/hour or more , depending on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Property Management professional to join our team in Porterville. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong customer service skills, along with experience managing residential and/or commercial properties.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day property operations
Communicate with tenants, property owners, and vendors
Oversee leasing activities including showings, applications, and renewals
Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs
Maintain accurate records, files, and reports
Ensure properties comply with local and state regulations

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Previous property management or related experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with property management software is a plus
