What You'll Be Doing Overseeing day-to-day store and gas station operations. Managing and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating restocking to keep shelves full and customers happy. Handling cash management, including daily sales reports and deposits. Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and operational standards. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and boost store performance. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role (retail or similar industry preferred). Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding service. A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
