Primary responsibilities include accurately completing service tickets and logging all assigned work orders in a timely manner, managing vacant apartments, preparing them for leasing and ensuring they are ready for new residents, maintaining the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash, providing excellent customer service to residents, and performing repairs, installations, services, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards for the apartment community.Requirements:HVAC/EPA experience required; certification is a plusGeneral knowledge of maintenance repair and serviceApartment maintenance experience preferredAble to lift 40 pounds and climb laddersStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work weekends as requiredInterSolutions is a leading staffing provider to the Property Management industry.
