What you will do Talk with customers every day and provide friendly, expert support Help customers find the right solutions (quotes, options, recommendations) Keep deals moving with proactive follow-up and great communication Support existing customers with changes, questions, and service needs Maintain accurate records in our CRM (so everything is tracked and commission is correct) Be part of a team that values responsiveness, integrity, and doing things the right way Who we're looking for Strong communication skills (phone + email) A customer-first mindset and a calm, confident approach High attention to detail and consistency with documentation Prior experience in customer care, sales, or a service role is a big plus Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
