Aftermarket Sales Manager

A leading organization in the industrial and manufacturing sector is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Manager to support continued commercial growth. The North America Sales Manager will be responsible for: Providing technical support and direct customer engagement to drive order winning in the assigned region or sub‑region. Managing and strengthening existing customer relationships. Identifying new sales opportunities to support long‑term revenue growth. Ensuring margin targets are met across all sales orders. Collaborating with global engineering teams to develop technical submissions, proposals, and order‑winning solutions. Supporting commercial negotiations alongside internal order‑winning teams. Building high‑level relationships with both new and existing customers, including engineering and technical departments. Driving improvements in front‑end engineering and bidding processes to optimize cost and maximize profitability. Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue, and delivering plans to ensure growth across all product lines. Promoting engagement with the company's services portfolio across all relevant market segments. Liaising with the broader organization on product scope, customer requirements, and market needs. The North America Sales Manager should have the following qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the oil & gas, energy, or related industrial environment.
