Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia Job Details: Full-time locum CRNA coverage needed at two locations Locums may work 12 consecutive months, then must take a 6-month break before returning for another 12-month period 40 hours guaranteed per week Shift options include 8-hour, 10-hour, 12-hour, and 14-hour shifts, as well as night call On-call required: one weeknight per month and one weekend per month Primarily trauma cases; CRNAs perform spinal blocks only - no regional anesthesia 17 main operating rooms, 7 day surgery center rooms, plus specialty areas including cath labs, endo, and radiology EMR: EPIC Patient age demographic: Child, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric; 90%+ of patients are over the age of 12 Must be proficient in conducting own pre-ops and working independently in a non-supervised practice model Active Idaho license highly preferred; NBCRNA, DEA, and CSR required Facility: This regional medical center is a leading faith-based, not-for-profit healthcare system serving the communities of the greater Treasure Valley area.
