Base Compensation (Based on Experience & In‑Office Commitment) Audit Manager: $120,000 – $150,000 Senior Audit Manager: $150,000 – $185,000 Candidates with Affordable Housing, Nonprofit, and Yellow Book experience are especially encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through issuance Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients Mentor and develop staff and seniors through hands‑on leadership Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards Manage budgets, timelines, and engagement profitability Provide expertise in internal controls, fraud considerations, and risk assessment Support specialized audits, including Yellow Book engagements where applicable Work Model Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days in the office per week The firm places higher value on managers who are consistently onsite Fully remote arrangements are rare and may impact level and compensation Hours Busy Season: 50–55 hours/week Non‑Busy Season: 40 hours/week 401(k) 5% profit sharing Unlimited PTO for Manager level and above Paid CPE, license renewals, and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr SR Staffing
