Burns Collision Center of Marlton is looking for an experienced, customer‑focused Auto Body Estimator to join our growing team. If you excel in repair planning, enjoy working with customers and insurance partners, and want to be part of a professional, fast‑paced shop, we want to meet you! Key Responsibilities: Write accurate, detailed damage estimates (CCC One/Mitchell experience a plus) Greet customers and walk them through the repair process Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters Review supplements and update repair plans as needed with technicians Ensure high‑quality customer service from drop‑off to delivery Maintain organized files, photos, and documentation Qualifications: Auto body estimating experience required Knowledge of collision repair processes and parts Strong communication and customer‑service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment Computer literacy and estimating software proficiency Valid driver's license ROME management experience a plus!
