Tire Pros is looking for a Store Manager / General Manager who can lead people, take care of customers, and drive the success of a local business.

You don't need to know everything about cars or have spent your entire career in the automotive industry. We can teach the automotive side. What we're looking for is someone who knows how to lead a team, build relationships, solve problems, and get results.

If you've been successful managing people in retail, sales, hospitality, service, automotive, or another fast-paced customer-focused business, we'd like to talk.

What You'll Own

This isn't a role where you'll simply follow a checklist. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your store and make an impact.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching, and motivating your store team

• Creating an environment where employees enjoy coming to work and know what's expected of them

• Delivering a great experience that keeps customers coming back

• Driving sales, profitability, and overall store performance

• Keeping daily operations organized and running efficiently

• Coordinating the customer and service sides of the business

• Recruiting, onboarding, and developing great employees

• Managing scheduling, inventory, vendors, and store expenses

• Solving problems and making decisions when challenges come up

• Partnering with ownership and leadership to find new ways to grow the business

Who We're Looking For

We're more interested in how you lead than whether you can diagnose an engine.

You could be a great fit if you have:

• 2+ years of management, leadership, or supervisory experience

• A track record of leading and developing people

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• A sales and results-driven mindset

• The ability to hold a team accountable while maintaining a positive culture

• Confidence making decisions and solving problems

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• The willingness and ability to learn a new industry

Automotive or tire experience is a plus-but it is not required.

You'll know you're succeeding when your team is performing, customers are coming back, sales are growing, and the store is operating the way it should.

We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership, not simply manage a shift.
