Your Responsibilities:

1. Aggressively follow up with team-provided online leads to maximize your conversion rate.
2. Conduct expert buyer and seller consultations to match clients with their dream homes.
3. Host dynamic open houses and showcase our listings across San Diego and Riverside counties.
4. Nurture long-term client relationships to generate future referral business.
5. Leverage your local market expertise to guide clients seamlessly from contract to close.

Job Type: Full-time, 1099 Contractor

Pay: $48,226.00 to $196,492.00+ per year (Commission based)
