Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.Position SummaryResponsible for executing helper duties to assist assigned crew.Primary ResponsibilitiesRead blueprints and specification to determine the scope of work: location, quantities, and sizes of materials requiredLay out, position, align, and fit together fabricated parts of structural metal productsSet up face block, jigs, and fixturesLocate and mark centerlines and reference points onto floor or face block and transpose them to work piece, using tape, chains, plumb bob, and squaresPosition or tighten braces, jacks, clamps, ropes, or bolt straps of bolt parts in positions for welding or rivetingQualificationsEntry LevelIndustrial construction/maintenance industry experience preferredPhysical RequirementsClimbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Grasping, Feeling, Repetitive MotionsMoving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
