To support our continued growth, we are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our expanding service team. Key responsibilities: Greet and assist service customers in a professional and welcoming manner. Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Assist with follow ups on customer requests. Qualifications Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to thrive and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred but not required. Customer-first mindset with a professional appearance. Driven, motivated, and results-oriented. Requirements: Clean and valid driver's license required. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Drug-Free Workplace.
