Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily tasks will include the following:

  • Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to explore patients’ histories and to guide treatment strategies.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, resilience, and overall well-being.
  • \n
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), both through individual and group therapy sessions.

  • Actively contribute to crisis intervention efforts during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that immediate support is provided.

  • Facilitate workshops and educational sessions for patients and their families focusing on trauma responses and coping mechanisms.

  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions, ensuring compliance with both legal and ethical standards.

  • Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings, promoting a collaborative approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on trauma survivors. Your expertise will directly impact individuals coping with PTSD, complex trauma, and related mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

  • Demonstrated experience in trauma-informed care practices.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and effective treatment methodologies.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer to see candidates who have at least 2 years of post-licensure experience, particularly in settings where trauma-focused therapies are employed. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and effective crisis intervention strategies is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
